Third-Party Assurance

We have obtained third-party assurance in accordance with ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, GRI Standards, and ISAE 3000 from the NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI (ClassNK) regarding the total group CO2 emissions and consumption of resources.

* The four companies referenced in this statement (formerly TSUNEISHI HOLDINGS CORPORATION, TOKO Corporation, TSUNEISHI LR Inc., and Setouchi Cruise, Inc.) have each undergone corporate name changes. The names used in this document reflect those applicable during the reporting period and at the time the certifications were obtained. There have been no changes to the organisational entities or to the validity of the certifications.

The balance of intergroup transactions recorded as duplicates has been adjusted. For the emissions from the delivered vessels in the shipbuilding business, based on the assumption that the vessels have a lifespan of 25 years,
the emmisions over the entire life cycle of the vesssels are calculated in accordance with the GHG Protocol and allcocated to these fiscal years.
