15 May 2026 – TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING INC. (TZS) visited “Xiushan Disabled Persons’ Home”, a local employment support centre for persons with disabilities, to meet and interact with the centre’s service users and staff members.

This visit was conducted ahead of National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities*, with the aim of demonstrating support for the local community and strengthening community ties.

On the day, seven representatives on behalf of all TZS employees, including Mr MURAKAMI Yoshifumi, President, and Mr TAKAHASHI Manabu, Factory General Manager, visited the centre and presented gifts to the centre’s participants and staff working at the facility. The representatives also toured the facility and held discussions with the Chairman of the Xiushan Xiang Employment Support Base, learning about the facility’s operations, the work undertaken by its employees, and the daily lives of those who receive support there.

Under the philosophy of “Walking together with the community and society”, TZS will continue to deepen its ties with local communities and contribute to building a society in which everyone can live with confidence and dignity.

*About National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities
National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities is an official commemorative day established in China. Each year, the government sets a different theme (such as “Employment Support”, “Promotion of Barrier-Free Access”, or “Guaranteed Equal Rights”), under which nationwide large-scale initiatives are conducted, including economic and medical support for persons with disabilities, vocational training, volunteer activities, and charity bazaars. In 2026, the day was observed on 17 May.
