15 January 2026 – TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING INC. (TZS), the Chinese shipyard of TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd., held a Long Service Awards Ceremony at its Zhoushan Shipyard. Founded in 2003, the company marked its 22nd anniversary while honouring employees who have reached milestones of 10 and 20 years of service, recognising their dedication and significant contributions to the company’s development.

At the ceremony, Mr MURAKAMI Yoshifumi, President and Director of TZS, delivered a congratulatory address, stating:
“I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to the 54 employees celebrating 20 years of service and the 9 employees celebrating 10 years. Over the years, you have grown alongside the company and become indispensable members of our organisation, supporting our daily operations through your experience and sound judgment.
As we mark our 22nd anniversary, both the company and each of you have reached a stage where we are expected to support and guide the next generation. I hope you will continue to build on your experience, grow as core members of the company, and help shape the future together.”

Commemorative certificates are presented to the award recipients

During the ceremony, Mr MURAKAMI Yoshifumi, President and Director of TZS, together with Mr TAKAHASHI Manabu, Factory General manager and Mr BAI Xueshan, Vice President, presented commemorative certificates to each of the 63 award recipients. Warm applause filled the venue as appreciation and congratulations were expressed for employees’ long-standing commitment.

Speaking on behalf of the employees celebrating 20 years of service, Mr SUN Shaohui, General Manager of the Production Department, reflected on his journey from his days at the company to his current role. He spoke about his dedication to continuous technical improvement, expressed gratitude for the opportunities provided by the company, and reaffirmed his commitment to passing on the spirit of craftsmanship to the next generation while contributing to the company’s continued growth.
