TSUNEISHI Engineering Holds Employee Trip to Strengthen Team Bonds
29 November 2025 – TSUNEISHI ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. organised a one-day employee trip to Kochi Prefecture, bringing together employees, their family members, and transferees from group companies in the Philippines. A total of 18 participants took part in the programme, which provided an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen team relationships beyond the workplace.
The programme began with a visit to the Tosa Tataki Dojo, where participants experienced the traditional straw-grilling technique used to prepare katsuo (bonito). Using bundles of straw, they grilled the fish themselves before enjoying freshly prepared katsuo tataki. The hands-on experience offered an authentic introduction to Kochi’s local food culture.
