The 79th JAPAN GAMES – Canoe Slalom
・Date: 3–6 October 2025
・Venue: Setagawa Special Canoe Stadium, Ōtsu City, Shiga Prefecture
・Event: Women’s Canadian Single (C-1) – 25-gate and 15-gate
・Result: 1st place in both
Representing Hiroshima Prefecture, Ms Okazaki secured her second consecutive JAPAN GAMES title, demonstrating outstanding consistency and poise throughout the competition.

All Japan Canoe Slalom Championships 2025 & 48th NHK Cup All Japan Canoe Slalom Championships
・Date: 24–26 October 2025
・Venue: Canoe Slalom Centre, Edogawa, Tokyo
・Event: Women’s Canadian Single (WC1)
・Result: 1st place
In pursuit of her first NHK Cup title, Ms Okazaki analysed and corrected issues from her semi-final run, then delivered a flawless, penalty-free performance in the final to claim the long-awaited victory.

Reflecting on her achievements this season, Ms Okazaki said:
“The 2025 season has been extraordinary — I remained undefeated in every domestic event, and secured medals at all the international competitions I entered. I truly feel I have made great progress both technically and mentally across this year. With real momentum now behind me heading towards the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, I am currently preparing during this short off-season to take another step forward next year. I will continue striving for even greater results — your continued support means a great deal to me.”
