TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan) hereby announces a change to the implementation date of the planned integration (intra-group reorganisation) of its consolidated subsidiaries, TSUNEISHI MIHO SHIPYARD Co., Ltd. and NIIGATA SHIPBUILDING & REPAIR, Inc.

Originally scheduled to take effect on 1 September 2025, the integration will now be implemented on a later date in order to ensure a smooth and carefully prepared transition.
