Started permanent exhibition of the Mermaid II
at Tsuneishi Forestry Construction Company.
An unveiling ceremony was held, with Kenichi Horie in attendance.
TSUNEISHI Holdings Corporation (Head Office: 1083 Tsuneishi Numakuma-cho Fukuyama-city Hiroshima, CEO: Katsushige Kambara) received the first wave-powered boat “Suntory Mermaid II,” aboard which marine adventurer Kenichi Horie completed a 7,800 kilometer, 110 day voyage between Honolulu in Hawaii and Japan’s Kii Channel.
