TSUNEISHI HOLDINGS CORPORATION to merge with TSUNEISHI BUSINESS SERVICE CORPORATION
TSUNEISHI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (“THD”) will absorb its consolidated subsidiary TSUNEISHI BUSINESS SERVICE CORPORATION (“TBS”) as of January 1, 2016.
1. Merger Objective
With this merger, we aim to strengthen our market competitiveness by reinforcing group governance and optimizing consolidated management while enhancing management independence of group operating companies.
2. Merger Method
THD will survive and TBS will dissolve in an absorption-type merger.
All operations and employees will be transferred from TBS to THD with this merger.
(A portion of employees are slated to be transferred to TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING due to some operations being transitioned to TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING)
