TV Asahi Station’s “Sunday Project” program will introduce
Tsuneishi Group (Shipbuilding Section).
On February 14th, the TV Asahi Station’s “Sunday Project” program will introduce Tsuneishi Group (Shipbuilding Section). The series, focusing on Japanese manufacturers, is reported by the economic journalist Seiichi Zaibe. The series will devote 40 minutes to exploring Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Company’s history, the global expansion of its business, and its local contributions.

The program explores a wide range of Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Company activities, including a launching ceremony at Tsuneishi factory, China’s Zhoushang factory, and interviews with employees who have been building ships at Tsuneishi since the company began South American operations in the 1980s. The coverage runs from September 2009 through January 2010.
